HR Workday Product Analyst, HR Systems (Business Execution Consultant)
, to join the HR Governance and Employee Relations Team within Traditional Product Management. This is an exciting opportunity to help lead Wells Fargo's Human Resources transformation to deliver a new experience to our team through process and technology. The
HR Workday Product Analyst, HR Systems, will deliver compelling and integrated HR technology solutions and ensure alignment to HR Product and Portfolio Management standards and best practices. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, proven contributor with strong communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of the project tasks required to deliver solutions leveraging both in-house and SAAS based applications (ServiceNow and Workday). Candidates must have a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (partners from COE business partners, HR, Legal, Technology, and Risk) and possess strong interpersonal skills. In this role, you will:- Produce effective documentation to capture and communicate business process and requirements in the format of business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows
- Partner with client area to execute planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of overly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems (i.e., ServiceNow, Workday)
- Manage multiple stakeholder groups including global business teams, risk management, compliance, legal, data privacy
- Own and execute on system administration for Workday/ServiceNow, including configuration, business processes, security & compliance, notifications, auditing, and data quality management
- Drive and maintain capability-specific, vendor-led releases and system enhancements, including the configuration and development of new features, deploying enhancements, as well as creation and execution of test plans, user acceptance and regression testing
- Assist in decomposing epics into effective user stories
- Maintain task status in JIRA or similar Agile management tool
- Work with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes
- Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed to execute projects with quality and on-time
- Contribute to delivering solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
Required Qualifications:- 2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 2 years of functional HR systems product and/or business analyst experience (e.g., Workday) preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations
- 2 years of analyst experience configuring and supporting HR systems, preferably Workday HCM configuration or similar human resource management software
- Experience with HR Risk and Governance processes within the financial industry
- Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes
- Experience driving the requirements process with both technical and business partners
- Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories
- Experience operating in an Agile environment and/or strong knowledge and understanding of Agile
- Experience presenting to multiple levels of management
- Experience managing complex technology projects
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to operate as part of cross functional work streams to execute projects with quality and on-time
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of HR business processes
- Participation in an industry group or organization that aligns with Wells Fargo's support of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
