This position is hybrid and based out of Charlotte, NC.

The Human Resources Business Analyst (HRBA) position analyzes complex datasets encompassing core HR, business metrics and financials. The HRBA will:

• Engage with multiple stakeholders
• Provide in-depth analysis and interpretation of financial and human resource data
• Produce standard and ad-hoc reports
• Identifying issues and trends
• Conduct proactive data reviews
• Assist key leadership in developing business recommendations to effect change.

This position serves as a support, change agent by transforming data into actionable insights. Whether analyzing overtime trends, process workflows, applicant and employee data or other key workforce metrics, successful candidates are creative problem solvers and thrive in a competitive environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and process orientation, have an exceptional eye for detail, and can work well in a deadline-driven and compliance-oriented environment. Expertise in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization is preferred.
