As the HR Manager for our manufacturing division, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's objectives and foster a positive work environment. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the manufacturing facility, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR policies and procedures.
