The Human Resources Coordinator will perform a variety of duties to assure efficient and effective employee recruitment, hiring, compliance and retention, while providing support services to all levels of DMP staff.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree preferably in Human Resources or Management.
• Minimum 1 year of office experience
• Advanced organizational and computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent telephone and public relations skills, ability to handle pressure
• Sense of urgency to complete the task at hand with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a professional office environment.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times

Responsibilities:

• Assists with online applicant tracking system –posting/updating open positions, facilitating onboarding. Administers assessments to identify the best qualified candidates for DMP vacancies when required.
• Works closely with Talent Acquisition to schedule initial interviews.
• Completes reference checking and prior employment verification, initiates background screening and schedules pre-employment drug testing. Secures remote screening locations for remote employees and candidates.
• Coordinates and acts as backup for new employee orientation and other employee training programs as requested.
• Records changes on all employee status as necessary in HR databases. Preserves confidentiality of personnel data.
• Acts as employee resource for questions and may refer employee to various information resources as needed.
