Real Estate is Hiring a Technical Administrative Assistant Near Wilmington, NC

Technical Administrative Assistant

Intracoastal Realty is looking for a full time Technical Administrative Assistant to join their Information Technology Department. To be successful in this role you must have an outgoing personality, enjoy providing great customer service, be excited about learning new technology and have a desire to learn all types of computer systems and software.

Major responsibilities include:

· Assist CIO with the day-to-day tasks.

· Provide administrative support for IT operational activities.

· Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and orderly operation of the IT Department by answering calls and triage based on department protocols.

· Schedule on-site and remote support appointments’

· Log and track support tickets to completion.

· On/Off-board staff and agents by granting or removing access to applications.

· Order equipment and supplies for the department and process invoices.

Skills:

· Moderate to advanced knowledge level of Microsoft office software.

· Setup laptop and mobile devices to access company email and other proprietary applications.

· Perform level one technical troubleshooting over the phone and in person.

· Proficient with Windows and Mac computers.

· Skilled at access systems with administrator rights to make global changes.

· Maintain an organized work environment and schedule.

Education:

A four-year college degree or associate degree with a concentration in computer science or technical certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
