Position Summary

• Use of account software and specified computer applications including Excel. Knowledge in the design and management of spreadsheet files and the development of special report formats.
• Reconcile invoices/settlement report and identify discrepancies.
• Payable and receivable aging report.
• Create and update expense reports.
• Bank and credit card reconciliation.
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards.

Skills

• Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Familiarity with finance regulations
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and various accounting software
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
