- Monthly reporting and analysis (P&L and balance sheet), covering sales, margin, and indirect costs
- Analysis to facilitate the creation of monthly financial statements
- Submission of completed financial statements to the consolidation system
- Detailed account reconciliations
- Contribution to the annual budget and periodic forecasts
- Key user in the ERP system (EAM, Kyriba and SunSystems)
- Assistance in semi-annual financial audits
- Building relationships with leadership across the US to enhance workflow and ensure accurate accounting treatment
- Identification of process improvements and recommendations for system, process, and performance enhancements
- Other assignments as directed by the respective manager(s)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position or as an accountant in an industrial division within the business-to-business sector
- Experience with ERP systems (Infor preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple challenging tasks within agreed time frames with critical thinking and quality
- Drive to continually improve business processes, seeking efficiency
