Responsibilities:
Recording payment receipts
Following-up with customers when invoices are past due
Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
Assisting in reconciling A/R and A/P to subledgers
Performing monthly bank reconciliations
Processing biweekly payroll through ADP TotalSource
Filing and paying state sales taxes and fees
Paying service providers
Supporting month-end and year-end close as needed
Special projects as needed by Controller
Required: 3 to 5 years' experience, including:
Accounts Receivable and collections
Accounts Payable
Payroll processing
Proficient in QuickBooks Online
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
General understanding of GAAP
Prior start-up experience
Work Ethic:

Pay Range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 year based on experience.
