Juan Gabriel Moreno Architects (JGMA) is Hiring a Project Accountant Near Chicago, IL

JGMA, a progressive architecture and design practice devoted to serving diverse neighborhoods, making them an important place to live, work and visit, is actively seeking an experienced Project Accountant to join our firm of diverse and talented staff. The Project Accountant will coordinate with project managers to manage all financial aspects of projects from start through completion, including by not limited to contract modifications, compliance, billing, collections, payments to vendors, reporting and any other duties related to the project.

Do you possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field? Do you have proven experience in project accounting, preferably within architecture, engineering, or construction industry?

Can you exhibit strong analytical and interpersonal skills, excellent verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills. Are you organized and pay attention to detail? Do you have the ability to work independently or within a team, even when under pressure? Are you bilingual, Spanish-speaking?
