Reports To: HR & Talent Director
Summary of Position:
The primary responsibility of the Human Resources Coordinator is to support the Human Resources Manager in our efforts towards success in onboarding, supporting payroll and retaining the talented teams that we will need in order to best serve our Team. This role also performs other HR Administrative duties such as providing support to the daily operation of the human resource function including HRIS and benefits administration, reporting and analytics and other areas of HR. Coordinates all employment services and employee relations and follows compliance and legal guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assist HR Manager with recruitment, record maintenance, benefits, and orientation. and all day-to-day operations.
· Manages all notifications, systems updates, and other activities related to employee terminations
· Ensures HRIS data integrity by performing periodic system audits
· Provides high quality customer service in responding to routine inquiries including, hiring, benefits, compensation, training, or HR procedures.
· Produces correspondence, communications and prepares weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports.
· Ensure personnel information is accurate and adheres to department standards. Optimizes data quality by conducting regular audits and ensuring employee data is kept up to date and accurate.
· Collaborates with team members to resolve issues and completes work timely and accurately.
· Sourcing applicants, checking references, setting up interviews.
· Completion of entire onboarding process, including finalizing required training and necessary documentation is completed in timely manner.
· Ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately and coordinated with payroll.
· Assist employees with health, dental, life and other related benefit claims.
· Maintain employee records and various logs.
· Assist with performance management procedures.
· Schedule meetings, interviews, training, and orientation.
· Assist with distribution of required employee notices and benefits reporting requirements
· Work regularly within ADP to ensure data integrity, provide reporting and general HRIS support.
· Support additional HR projects as needed

Required Skills & Experience:
The human resource assistant job requires at least a high school diploma and three or more years of clerical support in an HR department. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment such as computer, scanners, fax, printers, specialized software’s, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Communication and organizational skills.
