Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant to join our team in top national law firm in Los Angeles, CA. This role will involve assisting in proactive targeting and recruitment efforts for top lateral partner, managing director, counsel, and associate candidates, as well as contributing to broader strategic projects aligned with our business strategy.
As a full-time member of our team, you will primarily be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of senior-level lateral candidates (Partners, Counsel, etc.) as they progress through our recruitment process. This involves handling highly confidential and intricate tasks, collaborating closely with firm administration across all U.S. offices, and supporting various lateral recruiting, training, development, and team initiatives. We're looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail and quality of work.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining candidate profiles in our database, coordinating interview schedules, collecting and distributing candidate evaluations, managing recruiting files and databases, generating and disseminating reports on lateral Partner and Counsel level recruiting, and undertaking other administrative and strategic projects as required.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, possess proficient skills in Microsoft Office (experience with viRecruit is advantageous), demonstrate exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, excel in organization, prioritize client service, function effectively in a team setting, maintain confidentiality, and approach tasks with a proactive attitude.
