Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative at Ray Catena BMW of Westchester will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns. This individual will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for each customer. This full-time, hourly position in the auto industry is located in White Plains, New York and is an individual contributor role.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $17 to $19 per hour and is paid on a weekly basis. In addition to competitive pay, employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, which may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate assistance
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers in a professional and positive manner
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Utilize company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Shifts Needed:
- Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Rotational Saturdays 7:45am -4pm
- Monday through Thursday 9am to 6pm and Rotational Saturdays 7:45am -4pm
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Flexible schedule, including Saturdays and evenings, as needed
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
Background check and drug testing is required. Marijuana is not a disqualifier.
