A Ravencrest sales manager is required to generate and maintain sales leads by building, educating and utilizing a well trained and motivated sales team. The managers job is to create competitive pay wages by combining commission and bonus based incentives to motivate top tier sales performance. It is also the managers job to maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer products and services.
Pre-requisites:
- Associates degree
- 3 years in sales manager position
- must have a working vehicle and flexible schedule.
- Sales portfolio of verifiable generated sales
- Ability to create, educate and lead a sales team.
