Position Overview:
As a Fundraising Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our donors, providing outstanding service and support. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and cultivating positive relationships to enhance donor satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with donors via phone, email, and other communication channels to address inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our organization's mission, programs, and fundraising initiatives.
• Process donations, pledges, and contributions accurately and efficiently.
• Listen actively to donor feedback and collaborate with the fundraising team to improve donor engagement strategies.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of donor interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a fundraising or nonprofit setting, is advantageous.
• Empathetic and patient with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software or donor management systems (experience with [specific software, if applicable] is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,112.48 - $3,748.36 per month
