Experienced Bartender

About You :
- 2-3 years of restaurant experience in upscale concept
- High volume background is preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Toast proficiency is a plus

About the Job :
Bartenders at Brennan's are responsible for serving guests in a professional and welcoming manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Bartenders must have a commanding knowledge of classic cocktails, be able to multi-task, and should enjoy interacting with guests.
Bartenders must be knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, hospitality, and delivering on our service standards. Applicant must have 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant.
Please be prepared to present two cocktail recipes.
