Raleigh Radiology is looking for a (Human Resources) HR Generalist. As our Human Resources team member, you will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and crafting HR policies. You will ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You’ll act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.

This is a full time position with full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll and benefit plan selection and management
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment 
• Conduct employee onboarding and organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related areas and resolve any issues that may arise
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Coordinate wellness initiatives, employee benefit management and benefit communication 
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Oversee the performance management process
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
• Maintain employee files, occupational health files and records 
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, communicating new perks and initiatives and organizing team building activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, federal state and local regulations 
• Ensure policies and procedures follow ACA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations that impact benefits
•  Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.
• Research, develop, write, and update policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
• Communicate and enforce organization values.
• Ensure proper maintenance of department procedures, records, reports, employee directory and other related documents

Skills

• Experience as an HR Generalist
• Understanding of human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
• Additional HR training /certification will be a plus
