What You Will Do...

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and building a robust Human Resources function to support our people. You will administer the Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs. This role will process payroll and benefits administration for assigned territories. You will enhance job satisfaction and cultivate a thriving workplace by supporting our people.

• Administer HR policies, processes, and programs in an International company
• Assist with developing and implementing global policies and handbooks
• Lead employee onboarding and offboarding activities
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and electronic files
• Maintain the company’s HRIS system with accurate employee data
• Collect and analyze information to recommend HR course of action
• Support leaders and managers with people operations
• Create reports
• Create Human Resources company communications
• Process accurate and timely payroll in territories assigned
• Plan events to cultivate a thriving culture, organize annual company retreat
• Support benefits enrollment and updates, assist employees in utilizing benefits
• Ensure company compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations 
• Promote continual improvements and efficiency for the department and the HR services

About You...

• 6 years of progressive human resource administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience creating and implementing HR programs and policies
• Experience owning multi-state US payroll and tax accounts required
• Strong computer skills required, Microsoft office experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills; sharp attention to detail
• Experience with a global remote workforce preferred

We are a globally distributed company with a mostly remote engineering team. Some roles work a hybrid schedule in one of our offices in US, UK, France, and Austria. To ensure overlap with most of the team across the US, Europe and Asia, this position must work from the Eastern US time zone and be located in Florida, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, or Virginia for payroll processing. Preference will be given to candidates within a commuting distance of our Raleigh, North Carolina office.
