We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the medical device industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Business Manager to their team. Responsibilities include:

1) Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate goals, sales targets, and area market share objectives

2) Define and implement sales forecasts.Act as a liaison between the sales department and other departments

3) Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives in maintaining relationships, resolving conflicts, and negotiating and closing deals

4) Utilize local knowledge and market analyses to determine customer needs, appropriate pricing, and adherence to guidelines

5) Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales initiatives

6) Lead the team in presenting sales goals and progress to the company's senior leadership during business reviews

7) Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of competitors, reporting findings to the Marketing Team

8) Monitor and enter all customer account activities and other sales data for current customers into the customer relationship management system and keep it up-to-date

9) Reinforce consultative selling principles in daily fieldwork through tracking and monitoring during in-person field travel with the team

10) Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with the sales staff, including regular business reviews

11) Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products and services

12) Monitor IPO submissions, review proposals, and examine financials to ensure accuracy before submission to the finance department

13) Carry out managerial and supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws

Critical Requirements

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales
