The Sr. HR Generalist will play a key role in implementing HR initiatives and providing comprehensive support across various HR functions. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The Sr. HR Generalist will sit at RWB's Mentor, and Berea, OH locations and provide support for all locations across the U.S.
