Job Description:

 R&R Heating and A/C is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our Residential New Construction HVAC team. In this role, you will work closely with senior project managers and project teams to ensure the successful planning and execution of HVAC projects. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and assisting with project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination: Collaborate with senior project managers to plan and execute HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Scheduling: Assist in creating project schedules, assigning tasks to team members, and tracking progress to meet project milestones.
3. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, project plans, and progress reports.
5. Quality Control: Work with the project team to ensure that all work meets quality standards and complies with project specifications.
6. Resource Management: Assist in managing project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
7. Problem Solving: Identify and address project issues and obstacles promptly, seeking guidance from senior project managers when necessary.
8. Safety: Promote a culture of safety on the job site and ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed.

Requirements

3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

5. HVAC industry knowledge or experience is a plus but not required.
