JOB Site is Spokane, WA (Tell the K its Fairwood, WA)
Need a strong PM with sterile injectable or pharma manufacturing experience
Will Interview with the VP at Raland and end Client.
Expenses: Reimbursed (Flights, hotel, meals, rental car) If they live in Seattle its only a 1 hr flight

Initial onsite 8 month contract
Expenses: Reimbursed (Flights, hotel, meals, rental car) including travel on home on weekends if relocating

High Level Role looking for someone that’s managed resources, budgets, schedules and meetings with executives

Transition from production line-dedicated resources to shift-dedicated resources to maximize contribution of production staff.

Major deliverables of the project:

• Site-wide calendar of manufacturing resource needs
• Identify functions that can be completed with resources not-core to that line or function
• Cross training framework to achieve desired resource
• Organization Change Management strategy and training
• Org structure and RACI for training (for the project and for ongoing operations after)
• Organizational framework to reflect cross trained positions

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Sterile Injectable experience
