Robert Half is looking for a Contract Change Manager for a large food and beverage company based out of Seattle, WA! This is a remote contract position.In this role you will:· Organize and drive key change management activities to result in a robust organizational readiness plan, working with diver stakeholders to promote alignment across the enterprise. · Document the current state and develop plans to address enterprise process impacts related to the new Generative AI governance framework and operating model.· Develop and maintain internal communications artifacts assets, including communications strategy and plan and dedicated internal SharePoint site.· Craft compelling change communications, including key messaging, emails, executive presentations (decks). · Develop adoption KPIs and report on progress to these as part of program status reporting. · Sustain a community of early adopters and change evangelists and create a mechanism to amplify SME knowledge acquisition.· In partnership with the program manager, schedule and run all meetings required to manage the activities of the broader program.
