We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Growth Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving us forward. In this role, you will be able to engage with a variety of people, use digital platforms, and develop new strategies to bring in new customers. Job seekers should be independent, creative, hard-working, and team players! This position will involve conducting phone calls and in-person meetings. You must be able to travel to the office daily. The office is located in Wixom and is a necessity for this role.

Salary between $42,000 and $60,000, plus a generous commission structure.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing lead generation development via various channels
• Follow up with existing and potential connections to acquire new clients
• Manage all KPIs for yourself, report them, and be committed to KPI goals
• Attend all assessments and company meetings on the calendar
• Generate leads through existing sales processes
• Confidently make cold calls and attend face-to-face meetings with potential clients

• Sales experience is a plus but will train the right candidate
