**Description**

This is a flexible Work From Home position, which means an associate has the flexibility to work from home, but is expected to report to the local office as needed or required.

**Basic Purpose:**

Directs the activities of multiple account management teams to secure and maintain current and future business from NA OEM's. Support the establishment and managing of North America Business Unit. Develop and maintain NABU Sales strategy. Support Global strategies and promote continuous improvement.

**Minimum Position Specifications:**

* B.S. or M.S. in Business, Engineering or other related field. MBA preferred.

* 12 years of directly applicable industry experience with customer Account Management and organizational management. At least 1-2 years in a management supervisory capacity

* Excellent communication skills.

* Excellent organizational skills

* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

* Excellent customer interface skills.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and Monitor D3 specific FY Budget (Short & Long term) with a combined effort from Corporate Business Planning and WH Business Planning.

* Develop and Maintain D3 WH Selling Prices to meet customer requirements and Sumitomo Budget expectations.

* Local & Global business strategy support

* Establish strong working relationships with customer contacts at Manager and Director levels to ensure frank and open dialogue on current programs and for the award of future programs. An extremely high level of customer satisfaction must be maintained.

* Lead annual price reduction negotiations and price recovery items for all NABU OEM customers.

* Directs department in all commercial activities to achieve profitability goals of SEWS.

* Recruits staff, manage and counsel for professional development of staff for continuous improvement and advancement through performance reviews, routine coaching, and recommending appropriate training.

* Ensures the various Account Management teams have well defined targets/expectations for their programs and are successfully resolving open commercial issues in a timely manner.

* Maintains a professional demeanor at all times, maintains safety and housekeeping at all times.
