Quail Construction is Hiring an Estimator Near Phoenix, AZ
- Filing and maintenance of records for the Senior Estimator
- Utilizes Construct Connect software and other procurement sites to source new bid opportunities
- Identify, analyze, and interpret plans and construction materials to propose by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Regularly contacts branch managers and customers to discuss upcoming and ongoing projects
- Create project management folders for each individual project for bidding
- Collects required documents for subcontract execution
- Ability to learn estimating process as it pertains to traffic control
- Coordinates hand off of awarded jobs to appropriate personnel
- Other duties as assigned
- Familiarity with Traffic Control (preferred but not mandatory)
- Must be willing to become highly adept in TCR
- Adept proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical thinking
