Quail Construction is Hiring an Accounting Clerk Near Tempe, AZ
To assist the controller and other accounting staff with accounting functions
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Process vendor invoices with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Submit vendor invoices for approval
- Print and mail checks
- Handle all AP inquiries
- Process 1099 forms at year end
- Maintain vendor information and files
- Reconcile the accounts payable systems
- Maintain asset tracking list for completeness and accuracy
- Other duties as assigned
- Adhering to company policy at all times
- Having a cooperative team player attitude
- Willingness to improve industry knowledge & learn new skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and activities seamlessly
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Take initiative and try to be proactive
