Highlights of what our Estimator will do:
- Review construction documents and understand scope of work to bid.
- Prepare cost analysis by capturing all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs required for installation of the project.
- Execute take-offs of construction documents.
- Prepare scope of work letters.
- Assist with bid document preparation.
- Attend meetings as required.
Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as an Estimator will include, but not limited to:
- 1 - 3 years of landscape experience (highly preferred)
- 1 or more years of experience in estimating
- Site development construction experience (preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel and mathematics.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule. Overtime may be required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
