Khloes Dream Homes is partnering with our client in the construction industry to find a Commercial and Residential Estimator the Estimator will play a crucial role accurately estimating project costs for commercial and residential constructions endeavors, while also leveraging their sales expertise to engage with clients effectively. 

Key Responsibilities

*Utilize sales and construction Knowledge to assess project requirements and scope.

*Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial and residential Construction projects including materials, labor, and overhead expenses, equipment.

*Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to understand project requirements thoroughly.

* Prepare and present estimates in a professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Preferred qualifications 

*Proven experience in commercial and residential construction estimating with minimum of 1 year experience in similar role.
