Job Description

QBS seeks a self-organized professional to help ensure that various projects across several departments in the organization are completed to the company’s satisfaction demonstrating commitment to ethical business practices and confidentiality of appropriate matters. In all responsibilities, the individual in this position must conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism, integrity, reliability, and accountability.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Monitor progress of ongoing projects across several departments.
• Regularly meet and communicate with team members to ensure projects remain on track.
• Ensuring that projects meet expectations and are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensuring that projects follow the processes and methods as per directions.
• Ensuring projects meet the assigned deadline.
• Simultaneously monitor. Document and report the flow of the ongoing projects.
• Report any inaccuracy and/or deviation immediately.
