Full Time Maintenance Tech needed at the Marriott North.

We are looking for someone who is motivated and detail oriented to join our Engineering team!

This individual performs a variety of maintenance functions such as the installation, maintenance, or repair of equipment, HVAC, Painting, wall repair, tile work, caulking and upkeep of the preventative maintenance program of the hotel.

This position will be a mid-shift position and required to work weekends and some holidays.

• Performs general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and window, caulking, carpeting, etc.

Hotel Maintenance experience a plus, Marriott experience preferred but not required.
