SNS Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of interior remodeling, including kitchens, baths, trim, light plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
• Install kitchen cabinets.
• Tile shower surrounds and kitchen backsplash
• Install faucets and toilets.
• Install light fixtures, ceiling fans and outlet/switches.
• Drywall - patch, replace, mud and texture big or small areas.
• Hang and install trim, including doors and closets.
• Communicate to the Property Manager the scope of work, timeline, and project needs/challenges.
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Keep track of inventory
• Order materials

Qualifications

• Experience in all areas of apartment remodeling
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to be standing and walking most of the day
• Own a vehicle and basic tools.
• WhatsApp – Will be used during work ( Mobile app)
• Solid work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Manage time wisely.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
