Pay Range: $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with global colleagues to ensure all the tasks needed for a high-quality program experience for interns and analysts before, during and after orientation are in the project plan with clear owners, inter-dependencies and due dates.
• Ensure risk/issues are identified, documented and assist the Early Career Lead to address
• Work collaboratively across workstreams and events to ensure a clear understanding of inter-dependencies and impacts of how tasks affect other tasks downstream and the employee experience
• Partner with the Early Career Lead and team to ensure key milestones are achieved
• Ensure a global approach is executed consistently locally, while allowing for regional/location differences, where needed
• The ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta or Client

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 1-2 years of project management or related experience.
• Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word skills.
• Basic understanding of project plans, risks, issues and inter-dependencies.
• Influencing, communication and collaboration skills needed to work in a matrixed environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to propose solutions to risks/issues.
• An understanding of agile methodologies is a plus, but not required.
• Project Management certifications are a plus, but not required.
