Immediate need for a talented Documentation Specialist I (Manufacturing / Quality) . This is a 12 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Ridgefield, NJ (Onsite) .

Pay Range : $30 - $35 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• 1st Shift : Track and review change control documentation.
• Assist with the editing of quality documents (SOPs, guidelines, validation master plans, etc.) to ensure compliance with regulator requirements.
• Must be able to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
• Prepare and / or maintain documentation pertaining to programming, systems operation, and user documentation.
• Plan, write, and maintain systems and user support documentation efforts; including online help screens.
• Knowledgeable of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job..

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

• Notes : M-F 8-4pm, One year assignment starting ASAP with possibility to extend based on business needs. 100% Onsite. 0-3 years office / admin experience.
• Years of Experience : 0 - 3 Years.
• Does not need pharma experience.
• MUST HAVE : strong MS Word skills!!.
• The rest of the role can be taught.
• Day in the life : will use MS Word heavily, light MS Excel, will move forms from SOPs and create new documents, use Qualipso to upload forms, may move on to assisting with electronic documentation.
