PVM, Inc is actively seeking an experienced Program Manager. As a key member of our account management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' missions and ensuring the success of their projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver impactful outcomes. Building strong relationships with customers and acting as a trusted advisor, you will assess their needs, business objectives, and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all customer requirements and expectations as a cohesive system, ensuring a comprehensive response to change.
  • Control cost, schedule, and performance to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Facilitating, supporting, and overseeing the PVM team to achieve outcomes that meet and exceed expectations.
  • Facilitate, support, and oversee the Program Value Management (PVM) team to achieve outcomes aligned with customer expectations.
  • Evaluate progress, navigate scope complexity, and adapt strategies to maximize customer value and ensure team success.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders and effectively manage conflicts to achieve customer success.
  • Maintain a focus on quality to meet objectives and align with customer requirements.
  • Build adaptability and resilience into team approaches to effectively respond to changing circumstances.
  • Monitor and control change, anticipating and aligning future resource needs for optimal project execution.
  • Continually evaluate risk to maximize positive impacts while minimizing negative impacts.
  • Develop and deliver customer briefings and reports to ensure transparent communication and keep the customer informed.
  • Review all project reporting and briefings to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Continually evaluate the financial health of account contracts, initiating changes as needed to maximize financial outcomes.
  • Draft, send, and ensure timely payment of customer invoices.
  • Directly support the development of initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Directly support the proposal team through the entire submission process for relevant account opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance
  • 7 years of Program Management experience
  • Previous experience working with US Air Force (USAF) or Space Force highly preferred
  • Requirements Management 
  • Communications Management

  • Risk Management
  • Quality Management 

Education:

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • PMP certification is a plus

Tools:

  • Experience with web-based project management tools: Azure DevOps, Asana, or Jira
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Office, SharePoint), BambooHR, Mavenlink/Katana
  • Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools

Skills:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent people skills and intuition about the customers’ business needs 
  • Project/Program Management skills with Agile methodology or Scrum experience preferred
  • Ability to deal calmly with any customer complaints or problems
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team successfully
  • Strategic thinking
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Account domain knowledge
  • Knowledge of key technology trends for the account
  • Experience working in a CRM (preferably in Hubspot)
  • Ability to sit for long hours during core business hours

Salary: $110,000- $150,000
