The Federal Program Manager is directly responsible for all field/workload operations to include management staff, field investigation staff, administrative staff, and independent contract investigations all in support of the federal background investigations fieldwork contracts. This person will keep the management staff fully informed of all issues and matters of significance and will take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action.
