You will quickly become a key member of our team responsible for learning all aspects of the business. Our training process commences on day one working directly under and closely with the company’s general manager. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-moving environment, is focused on a rewarding career, and is eager to learn from successful and proven professionals. 

Specific Responsibilities: 

• Become knowledgeable on the artificial grass industry, products, and services 
• Find prospective customers and new target segments 
• Maintain constant contact to convert leads into sales by following company procedures while keeping great records using our CRM (Hubspot)
• Communicate to stakeholders project progress, risks, and issues as they arise
• Develop and maintain project plans
• Ensure that projects are being completed in accordance with approved budgets and timelines
• Manage schedules and prioritize tasks
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• A friendly and pleasant demeanor with an eagerness to provide exemplary customer service
• Prior experience in artificial grass or the landscaping industry is a plus but not required 
• Adaptable to a growing team
• Physical ability to lift and place heavy objects up to 50 pounds 
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Proficiency to navigate computer programs such as Microsoft Office including Outlook 
• Experience with Quick books and/or Hubspot is a plus but not required 
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Professional appearance and personality
