The Operations Projects Manager (OPM) assists the Program Manager Office (PMO) with planning, managing, and administering all ATMP support functions and requirements assigned to PULAU.

Job duties include:

• Monitors daily statuses of day-to-day efforts, surges, and missions.
• Reports performance, schedule, and cost; and recommends solutions and actions to the PM.
• Coordinates with other PULAU and prime contractor staff for information and project execution.
• Organizes directly with Site Managers and other Team Leads for proper execution of missions.
• Performs direct supervision over assigned PULAU ATMP sites including supervision of Site Managers, coordinating, and monitoring site contract performance, and recommending and coordinating personnel actions.
• Develops responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) including analysis, Basis of Estimate (BOE), and proposal preparation; compiles data and develops reports.
• Coordinates and completes personnel action forms and processes.
• Sends Requests for Information (RFI) to PULAU Site Managers and other ATMP staff to compile data and develop reports requested by the prime contractor and other agencies.
• Assists the PMO to monitor and balance the constraints of scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk while satisfying project requirements and meeting stakeholder expectations.
• Possibly travels to sites in CONUS and OCONUS to meet with local PULAU, prime contractor, and Government representatives to coordinate project actions and monitor performance.

• 5 to 7 years' experience in supporting government contract activities by project management, customer service, and schedule requirements, monitoring safety and quality standards compliance, developing Basis of Estimate (BOE) and responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP), and reporting.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET clearance.
• Must possess a valid U.S. passport and driver's license. Must be able to travel in CONUS and OCONUS.
• Must have demonstrated experience with managing contract and task order requirements, schedule, and risk.
• Must be able to use an on-line Management Information System (MIS) to analyze maintenance data, compile reports, and recommend solutions to higher management.
• Must demonstrate strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work effectively with PULAU corporate staff, onsite employees, and prime contractor's management staff.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Prior management experience on U.S. Army PEO STRI service contract(s) is preferred.
