We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Operations Manager to join our team as our next Company Administrator. In the capacity as a bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. As the operations lead, you will support senior management in vendor relationships, human resources and overseeing internal auditing. The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in company administration, be proficient in using QuickBooks Online and Xero software systems, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
This position is hybrid. Applicants should expect to work a combination of shifts in office and from home. While working remotely, employees are required to work from a distraction-free, dedicated office space with a closed door in their home state of Florida.
