This is a Hybrid position requiring 3x a week in the office- NYC, Chicago, or Philadelphia.
Publicis CoLab is where brilliant minds come together to create digital products, advertising campaigns and media experiences that bring bold, award-winning ideas to life. The Associate Director of Program Management is responsible for the health and quality of a large portfolio of programs for multiple brands, focusing on maintaining delivery, margin, and operational efficiency, risk mitigation and resolution, and the management and mentorship of junior Program Managers.
The ideal candidate should have experience structuring and leading complex marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels from strategy definition to execution, production and launch. Must have ability to seamlessly lead multidisciplinary teams—comprised of Strategy, Data, Creative, Media and Production—across parallel workstreams and drive collaboration with client and agency partners.
They will also possess a proven ability to represent the Program Management discipline with internal and senior client stakeholders, and be deft at building and maintaining strong relationships with agency, client and third-party partners. They will work with these entities to proactively solve business challenges and contribute to the development of operational processes that adapt to evolving business challenges, best practices and industry standards. Previous Pharmaceutical Advertising experience is required.

Compensation Range: $ $115,500- $194,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
