Job Responsibilities:

• Manager ExKit engagement and communications – from strategy to implementation working with one or multiple Domains and Lines of Business targeted at achieving overall business goals.
• Organize the communication around feature releases and ensuring relevant artifacts are in place.
• Coordinate of meeting cadences with stakeholders, vendors, and scheduling events for Product team(s).
• Manager intake process for feature requests.
• Manager ongoing stakeholder engagement, communication and organizing tasks.
• Communicate and Educate domains; the roadshow (and managing the inbound asks) 
• Manage in-taking needs/requirements from domains as we scope ExKit.
• Support interactions with executive leadership and cross LOB resources to deliver.
• Produce status reports, business review materials. 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• 8 years of experience or equivalent expertise in projects and technology applications
• Experience with Project Task Estimation
• Experience with Risk and Issue Management
• Experience with agile ways of working and the ability to promote an agile mindset
• Ability to make recommendations and progress in the face of ambiguous and at times overlapping priorities, and clearly communicate those ideas 
• Critical Thinking (anticipates problems and establishes methods to mitigate project/program risks)
• Proven presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization including the ability to quickly gain credibility with senior level management..
• Knowledge of multiple business disciplines, functions and knowledgeable about the business' strategic direction
• Knowledge of risk and control compliance to departmental and companywide standards
• Knowledge of Global and Line of Business project and program management standards and methods
