Project Manager
New York Light Source is a NYC based lighting distributor that specializes in all things lighting including controls, for both commercial and residential construction projects by providing quotations, sales, and project management to our clients. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team of professionals
Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates and bid packages based on design team's specifications and architectural / electrical drawings
- Evaluate vendor quote for accuracy
- Direct and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate full scope of work from product approval stage to completion
- Ability to multi-task, schedule, and prioritize in a fast pace work environment
- Preform site / project visits when needed
- Maintain profitability on each project
Job Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (No remote option)
