We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities:

- Assist with patient service activities such as answering phone calls and addressing inquiries

-Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records

- Ensure proper coding of medical procedures for accurate billing

- Perform vital signs measurements, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and equipment

- Provide basic life support in emergency situations

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred

- Certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus

- Proficient in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism

- Knowledge of medication administration procedures

- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is desirable
