Account Manager

MindCare Solutions is a leadingprovider of behavioral health services to long-term care communities,hospitals, emergency departments and outpatient clinics. We are seeking a highlyorganized Healthcare Account Manager to work in our Brentwood, TNoffice. This position will assist our account operations throughout the nation.

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 plus bonus opportunity

Position Summary:

•  Manage relationships with multiple customers, ensuring high levelsof satisfaction and effective communication
•  Responsible for meeting metrics around encounters and growth incurrent accounts
•  Implement and oversee services for various behavioral healthentities, including FSEDs, EDs, and Inpatient facilities
•  Provide workflow and technology education to the facility staff
•  Train physicians on the use of internal and customer-specificexternal applications, providing support and guidance as needed
•  Review, update and manage physician schedules in coordination withcustomer needs to ensure appropriate coverage requirements are met
• Serve as primary point of contact for physician inquiries/needsand provide timely solutions
• Approve, audit and review timesheets that physicians submit
•  Perform data analysis on patient volume at facilities anddivisions, identifying gaps in service and making recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings andsupport customer goals
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, ensuringcompliance with relevant regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Will also considerhealthcare administration, business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in account management, healthcare, or arelated field, preferably in behavioral health
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability tobuild and maintain relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with theability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience usingdata visualization tools
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, andregulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting tochanging priorities and customer needs
• Experience with training and onboarding users on softwareapplications
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft365 applicationsUp to 50% travelrequired
