We are seeking an experienced property manager with fast paced Class A, trophy asset experience. We have many exciting improvements planned at the property and are looking for a leader to assist our Director and other on-site team members to execute our vision and create a world class experience for our tenants. DEPARTMENT: Property Operations
Job Summary
Property Managers are crucial to the customer experience, property community and operational excellence of the property. You will work alongside the Property Team (Director, Community Manager and Operations Coordinator) as well as third-party staff to bring the human element into the workplace.
In addition, you will support the team with oversight of the daily operations of Market Square and ensure consistent and safe operations while maximizing revenue. Key areas of responsibility include property operations, construction management, customer success, financial management, and oversight of building and office staff.
