Who you are:
- 3 years of general accounting experience in a medium size business
- Intermediate skills in Excel, Quickbooks, and MS Office applications
- Outstanding attention to detail and organization in a high volume environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence and initiative to problem solve and work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field a plus
- Staffing company experience a plus
- Must be located in San Diego
What you’ll do:
- Opportunity to work with all levels of internal and external clients.
- Full-cycle accounting including month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, invoicing, accounts receivables/payables, collections, credit card management, and related accounting activities.
- Be the key driver in the very important role of maintaining cash flows for the company – invoicing and collections are a top priority.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
