Who You Are :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field, preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial credit collections experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and proven history of organization problem-solving, and initiative

What You'll Do :

  • Provide clear and timely communications to internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiate complex customer settlements and payment plans with the appropriate approval authority
  • Identify and manage collection trends which delay collection and provide guidance in order to avoid bad debt loss
