Who You Are :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field, preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial credit collections experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and proven history of organization problem-solving, and initiative
What You'll Do :
- Provide clear and timely communications to internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiate complex customer settlements and payment plans with the appropriate approval authority
- Identify and manage collection trends which delay collection and provide guidance in order to avoid bad debt loss
