TGG Accounting has partnered with a fast-growing organization in San Diego looking to add a Staff Accountant to their new team.

Position Summary: The Staff Accountant supports the accounting department in various tasks, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Record daily transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
2. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
3. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
4. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
5. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Familiarity with accounting software (Quickbooks, Sage100 and NetSuite) and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
