ProTrainings is Hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Near Ada, MI

Most companies are still spending too much time and money training with live instructors in classrooms. Even as popular as online training is, many businesses are not aware that they can provide their employees with high-quality, accredited CPR and First Aid training online.

As a Sales Development Rep on our team, you’ll reach out to executives and administrators (MOSTLY BY PHONE) to see if they qualify to meet with an Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via PHONE, email, and social to generate leads
  • Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities
  • Schedule appointments for the Account Executive
  • Record activity in our CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
