As the Head of Product Marketing, you will know the ins and outs of the product and can clearly explain what customers can do with it. In this highly strategic and collaborative role, you will act as the bridge between our product, sales, and marketing teams. You work with our product teams to understand what makes our products special, and you know exactly how they should be documented and explained to a non-technical audience. You inform our product-specific messaging and listen to the market to know when we need to make adjustments. You bring the lens of the market and customer needs to determine what the go-to-market process looks like for new features in development, from updates to the deck, demo, docs, and other materials. You will help to identify new targets and markets and work closely with the head of demand marketing to drive campaigns and business growth.

About You

• You have significant product marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology solution environment.
• You have a strong technical background and experience with hardware, software, IoT, and AI/ML marketing.
• You enjoy working cross-functionally and have experience working with product, sales, and customer success functions.

• You have extensive experience releasing technical products both to new and existing markets.
• You can communicate complex concepts and business value to a non-technical audience.

• Own and build out the Product Marketing function and team.
• Be the expert on the buyers and their behaviors, identifying market patterns, opportunities, and industry trends to help shape and influence product roadmaps.
• Achieve a deep understanding of the irrigation and agronomy space, enhancing the company's position in the market.
• Be a spokesperson for our products to both external and internal audiences.
• Continuously analyze the competition and monitor market and competitive shifts.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to refine our ICP into simple market segments, using this to inform product positioning, packaging, and pricing.
• Drive compelling collateral and collaborate with the business to create and develop thought leadership to drive the business forward.
• Own sales enablement to drive product adoption.
• Work with the Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, and Communications team to ensure everyone has clear, compelling product messaging across the portfolio.
• Work with the Product, Sales, and Marketing team on planning and executing product launches.
• Work with channel and direct sellers to drive upsell and uplift from existing customers.
• Collaborate with the wider Marketing team on go-to-market strategies and tactical campaigns.
• Analyze and understand customer pain points and define use cases and solutions across key verticals.
