Our Client, the Corporate Access team at a prestigious investment bank, is looking to hire a roadshow professional in either the Boston or New York office to plan and execute non-deal roadshow marketing efforts. The role will require interaction with a variety of internal stakeholders including equity research, investment banking and institutional sales & trading, as well as a primary liaison with external stakeholders including IR officers, corporate management teams and institutional investors. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of day-to-day coordination, execution and management of non-deal roadshow marketing. Key to this role is attention to detail, initiative, ability to work on his/her own; accuracy and excellent organizational skills.

The candidate must possess strong communication skills and have experience interacting professionally with corporate and institutional customers in a fast-paced, pressure-filled environment.

Salary: $85,000-$120,000 plus bonus

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily planning, execution and logistics for all stages of non-deal roadshows including internal communications, meeting itineraries, investor information & travel schedules.
• Heavy logistic coordination: Secure food/beverage for meetings, order car service, manage meeting links with outside vendor for virtual meetings, enter management travel into planning system, edit schedules as needed, pull investor profiles, book venue locations and conference rooms, collect and assemble feedback reports, manage meeting allocation process, check in clients at group events, reconcile final attendee lists and print company presentations.
• Effectively communicate and promote planned marketing efforts internally.
• Support Corporate Access Team on site for conferences and events as needed on an ad hoc basis.
• Co-lead analyst marketing effort supporting 13 analysts; strategize with internal constituents on processes and procedures.
• Deliver high quality client service and excellent execution. Remain professional, responsive and polite in extremely difficult circumstances.
• Track and process expenses.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2-3 years of experience executing roadshows in the financial services industry preferred.
• Must be flexible regarding working hours and highly responsive to email.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills mandatory, as are good tact and diplomacy, as the role requires constant communication with internal and external clients.
• Detail oriented and able to manage conflicting priorities, efficiently and effectively.
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills; ability to build and nurture key business relationships.
• Be able to work under pressure and have ability to prioritize on own.
• Strong organizational skills and be able to successfully function in a fast paced team environment.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Suite; Ipreo experience preferred.
• Execute events onsite when necessary and be open to travel.
